Benvardin Kennels: A Decade of Rescue, A Lifetime of Love

Our Mission: A Second Chance for Every Dog

Since 2010, Benvardin Animal Rescue Kennels (BARK) has stood as a sanctuary for the stray, the abandoned, and the forgotten dogs of Northern Ireland. Located in the heart of Ballymoney, we are more than just a kennel—we are a stepping stone to a better life.

Over the years, we have seen the landscape of rescue change. Today, we are seeing more dogs than ever who require urgent surgery and specialist care. Despite these challenges, our doors remain open 365 days a year, fueled by the dedication of our staff and the generosity of the public.

Our Team: Expertise Rooted in Compassion

To ensure the highest standards of care, Benvardin is led by our dedicated Shelter Manager and Shop Manager, supported by our incredible team of volunteers. We are 100% volunteer-driven in our heart, with every penny going directly toward the dogs.
